BOARDING

At ATKH, we offer boarding for both horses and humans who share our philosophy: creating a horse-centered haven in a human-centric world. We feed high-quality Meadow Grass and Alfalfa hay, spaced out over three daily feedings, with a fourth supplement feeding when needed. Stall board includes daily or nightly turnout, depending on what best suits your horse. We also provide blanketing when appropriate—though we take a conservative approach. If your horse needs to be clipped extremely short and kept bundled like a ski bunny, we might not be the right fit. We prioritize equine social needs and are happy to turn horses out together—provided they play well with others. If group turnout isn’t a good fit, our individual paddocks share fencelines for safe, enriching social interaction. Our amenities are plentiful (yes, we have a covered arena!) and we offer a variety of riding, non-riding, and community activities throughout the year. We currently have availability.

Rates:

• 12'x12' stall with 24' run = $800 per month
• 12'x16' stall with 24'x 16' run = $900 per month
• Paddock = $700 per month
• Pasture = $600 per month

ATKH Ranch Fees:

• Haul-In/Facility Use Fee: $25 per use
• Overnight Stabling Fee: $25 per night

Facility amenities:

• In-house Trainer and Riding Instructors, and horse care professionals.
• Outdoor arena 100'x200' with all weather sand footing.
• Lighted Covered Arena with sand and rubber footing.
• Round Pen with fresh footing.
• Lighted wash rack/farrier/vet area.
• Trails around property.
• Picnic and BBQ area.
